睡前偶然看到手機上的推撥短影音，是女神Tilda Swinton的interview，
提到identify，非常喜歡她的想法，
然後隔天我特地去尋找原始影片，並節錄下來我喜歡的這段話：
whatever you know this feeling of us being blown off course by life into 
a change that's really interesting to me and I like to navigate that it's 
all about identity I've never really been. I'm not a big believer in identity  
I don't know that we ever should feel the pressure to identify ourselves as one thing
with a sort of you know menu attached.
Because life's way too interesting that and we are morphing all the time so
the more easily we can just ride that horse all the way and enjoy the different landscapes
that it will take us on and through and past the better that's just going to be the easier way
to go I think the fight all the stress and strain and incredible pain that come that humans
it's so very touching the way humans going to create these terrible problems this burden of 
identifying ourselves. I think it's too much. I think we should be easier on ourselves. 

以前都在想說談話誰會用到那麼多名詞子句? 我發現Tilda Swinton會
因為口語上比較受流行文化，美式風格的影響，非正式用語及流行慣用語等，
加上本身是英文小白，認知淺薄。
後來發現來自英國的演員(Tilda說自己from Scotland)談吐上可以感受到細節，
例外一位來自Ireland的Cillian Murphy，談吐也相當優雅。

近期為了紓壓做的事情很多，
看書、追劇、跑步、料理、看漫畫、吃美食、吃垃圾食物、聽音樂等，
但只有畫畫才讓我有活著並真正放鬆愉悅的感覺，很難去解釋，
也許從以前到現在，大腦因為畫畫產生的特殊多巴胺造成的結果，
只要持續一段時間不能畫畫就會異常焦慮，有點戒斷症的感覺，很奇怪；
對我來說畫畫並不是那種純接受方的快樂，
是伴隨著壓力及痛苦後而得到的快樂，每個人的途徑都不同，
現在科技AI的浪潮，不斷掀起學畫無用，手繪無用等論點，
但說真的，我並不是因為能否把作品化為數據化資產而努力，
沒有冠冕堂皇的理由，沒有偉大的抱負，
而是我就是想這麼做而已，如此單純。
